They're exclusive PvP jewlery. If you could get PvP stuff through PvE that would kind of defeat the purpose wouldn't it? Just use Resized Estate/Manor

you can obtain from victory chest , but still are rng, im guess you need wait for next week for fwc jackpot event, and open aroun 50 or 60 of the "have" more good rngjesus
