How does one deal with sorc?

  Invest in a cleansing brooche.
  
  Take that stun to the face. Cleanse it. Then proceed to 100-0 combo that sorc. That'll show him.

  Avoid their stun in the first place. You can avoid walking into it, iframe when they blink to you and try to snare you. Other options include trying to block it (you can edge closer and spam block, this will work for any blocking class). You can pop tenacity, then walk into it to blow up the stun trap.
  
  Sorcs are generally more squishy than other classes. You can try poking them back as they sit on their trap or stay away until it fades.
  
  Generally speaking you want to keep close, but not too close for them to flame pillar you. Wait for a opening to go in, stagger them, followed closely by a stun or some sort of combo. Always be on your toes for a blink-stun combo, or their flame bomb --> mindblast combo. As I said before, they are very squishy, so as long as you can avoid these two skills, try to get just a couple of combos off and you should be able to kill them quickly.
  
  Another tip: don't burn really important and long cooldown skills like stun kick or backhand stun on slayer, stun kick on brawler, thundestrike (could leave you open) without first momentarily "disabling" the sorc with a short cooldown stagger. If anything screw up your combo it'll be timewarp, which grants invulnerability to the sorc for a entire second.

  Urmm.. one simply doesnt dive into the stun orb looking thing.
  
  If they camp in the stun orb looking thing, just throw leaves on wind and bladestorm till the trap's gone.
  The torpedo thing is not a stun. Its time gyre and it just roots u. U can still throw leaves on wind and bladestorm.
  
  If they try to blink and stun u, u should throw impact bomb.
  And then throw leaves on wind.
  And then bladestorm. This will stagger them
  And then jagged path.
  And then decoy jutsu. Bladestorm should stop spinning by now.
  And then chakra thrust. This will stun them
  And then double cut and skyfall.
  And then circle of steel. This will stagger them.
  And then one thousand cuts.
  And then impact bomb again.
  
  What u need to be careful is that sorcerer have 4 iframe.
  Backstep, teleport jaunt, warp barrier, and stone skin.
  U let them use any of this, and they will make u pay for your lack of focus.
