Can't Add friends to the Best friends list

Both my wife and I play on side by side computers and neither of us can add friends to our best friends list anymore. We used to be able to drag a name from the friends list on up to the best friends lists but now we can't. This is the same for multiple characters on all the PVE realms. (Haven't tried the pvp realms.)

    I can say this as well. I tried dragging a person i talk to frequently. At first I thought I was doing it wrong but turns out they had the same issue. Nothing game breaking, just hard to decipher sometimes who is who. Especially since I have their alts on the list too.
