Ciebel (the quest NPC between the VH and VS portals) disappeared in AV. Lowbies can't get their quests done. What the hell is going on?

    nvm the npc is back, not sure what happened earlier

    It looks like the NPC despawns after you finish the quest with her, like Samael.

    nah, she disappeared and reappeared later, was on the same chara. I noticed cuz there were ppl asking in /s asking where the npc was lol
