Tera and Steam EU VS NA

Hello, I just downloaded this game through steam account but then once i tried to register it says my account blocked and my server is automatically chose as EU now I don't understand what's happening I wanted to play it through the NA server anyone can help me with my problem?

    If you are from Europe you can't play the NA version through Steam, same for Americans that want to play the EU version through Steam.
    If you want to play the NA version you have to download the game directly from EnMasse's website.
