Weapon reskin using old weapon

Can I sacrifice one of my old weapons in order to extract its skin and apply it to my new or current weapon?
How and where can I do this?

    The template system was removed about 2-3 years ago. :'(

    We now have a system called Fashion Coupons, but good luck getting enough of those or even a decent weapon skin from it, pal.

    The remodeling system was removed about 2 years ago, when the Fashion Coupons made its debut. Fashion Coupons is the new system in place. Unfortunately, the only classes that benefit the most out of them, weapon skin wise, are Gunner, Reaper, Brawler, Ninja and Valkyrie. The original classes only have 2 weapon skins available while the ones mentioned above have more than 7.

    You can get Fashion Coupons from other players bu buying Fashion Coupon Boxes, that contain 200. Other method is bu buying coupons from the Velika vanity merchant, who sells a unit for 26 gold. The best method however is to farm them in Island of Dawn. Just pick the easiest to kill BAM there and spam it, it drops coupons quite often.
