Hello all! I am wanting to come back to TERA but I can not get the armor code because I no longer have access to my account email. I have sent in a few tickets with no responses. I put in a new email so they could contact me but I am thinking they have replied to the original account email which I can NOT get into. Anyone else had a situation like this?

    Hi, the problem is that you don't have reliable access information. Imagine that someone else is trying to access your account, sending in a new E-Mail address and claiming to be the owner.

    Try to send in a mail in which you can list reliable information which only the real owner of this account should have. E.g. the names and classes of your characters, perhaps special achievments or special items.
