vhnm , talisman drop rate near the end of event

up until today talisman were dropping at a decent rate but now its been 16 runs and nothing.
was there another malfunction possibly?

drop rate is good on the first day, and terrible on the last day.

    I got a talisman just about 20 minutes ago.

    at first i enjoyed this event but after 32 runs without seeing a talisman drop.it ended like all of them with a bitter taste.
