If more peoples are interested in giving the game a try, ready to break through the fog of lies and misinformations surrounding Black Desert, that was created by some of the scummiest hypocrites on earth, mainly certain Youtubers ... then i say : Go for it!
The game is extremely immersive and enjoyable, here is 2 sites where you can get yourself and some friends the keys needed for a 7d free trial (you can buy the game later if you want, and keep the progress you achieved).

Tip : make sure to join the first channel on the server list = "Olivia", it's a specific new players channel, and run a 200% permanent Exp buff, so you can level faster and explore more of the game massive map.

I downloaded Black Desert this weekend. As said, the Olivia servers apparently give an XP boost and right now you don't need a guest pass; just register at the page and you automatically get 7 days for free, starting the moment you register.

Olivia, Balenos, Calpheon, Serendia, Media, Valencia, .. ect, are all names of Channels, there is no multiple servers, just 1 Mega server per Region, with 32 Channel, more channels get added as the population keep rising.
It's possible to switch to any channel you wish to join, the only exception is "Olivia" = only accessible to New players, or Returning players who have been away from the game for over 30 day.

one thing i found not enjoyable about the game is getting overran by PKers at "endgame". usually i can handle 1 person but then the whole guild comes and either drops me or i have to fall back.

The game has a strong Karma system and it's very effective and fair, many pkers whined & cried for months in order to change it, the company refused to listen to those idiots, not like what happened here when CS got changed to a 2 Man que, then few losers kept crying about it for a few days and just bam = EME changed it back to the broken unfair 5 man, I hated EME for that change.

Basically the karma system punish those who flag and attack others, by reducing their karma massively, 3 kills and a max positive karma player turn to red, when in red they become permanent flaged, anyone and everyone can attack them, and hard punishment get served for those red players when they die, either a pvp or pve death = both count the same way :

- Exp decrease (it take hours of grind to get 1% at higher level)
- Crystals get destroyed, if they are wearing expensive ones = 20+ mil silver just gone, which is around 1 day of farming.
- Enchantments level decrease = this is the worst, think about it as having a +15 item that get downgraded to a +14.

Meanwhile, the player who get pked lose absolutely nothing, you can just spawn at the closest node, return to your grinding area, and push that Pker to go red, then either kill him or call it out on chat for anyone interested in cleaning some garbage. >:)

I repeat, you lose nothing when you get pked.
