Rally drops VM boxes? Worst Idea EVER!
VM gear drops from Rally box??? like really? those strong guild is going to get this everytime, people have to work hard for it to get it.... how is this fair towards other players. i know that rally doesnt drop everytime, but this is too much for people that work hard for their gear honestly. what do you guys think about this? or is theres something that i need to know? because from what i can see right now, this thing is a TERRIBLE IDEA.

You can create a healer and just afk hahaha. easy jk. Leeching is a bad idea haha
On Rally, it is planted by BHS, it is better now. I protested against it, but not now. When rally started it was stupid, 2 or 3 guilds on each server, were accepting it ( do not start a witch hunt about this), then they could wait and make an all +15 gear raid and spawn the bam whenever they wanted, but now it is random, they just make raids, I was accepted even with full Slaughter. So, I see nothing wrong with additional VM boxes, which is one tier lower than top gear in game.
Only thing Rally needs now goes back to what game needs mostly like, it kills your FPS and MS ping massively.
This is indeed the problem here. Not everyone can just GET A CONNECTION. Stop looking at things from what you are able to do and see it from the outside of others. Clearly this guy and many others aren't able to do the same which is why this thread was created.
His post is in regard to players that are already fully geared with +15 stuff. They come in make a group together in which the people with just standard gear from the game (non VM) get grouped together and don't stand a chance at getting it. This is the point he is making. The people w/o the same gear as them that need/want it, don't stand a chance at getting it. While the person who already has the gear, just either puts it on an alt, or sells it.
You don't need connections. My guild is able to participate (and get boxes), and we're rather small. Just make your own raid.
Got a raid that ranked 1st plenty of times and got complete garbage loot loot like a measly 1k gold while the raid who scored 4th place got 3 ambush boxes.
Honestly the rally thing is just executed horribly. Its like a poor mans Nexus. At least in Nexus raids were split up across the nodes on the map so you didn't get a near guaranteed out of memory crash like with rally because half the damn server is gathered in one spot trying to kill 1 mob.
Also Nexus had fixed times so you could actually plan around it instead of having people dropping out of instance party's the second the damn rally quest pops up out of nowhere.
Last but not least everyone got rewarded with gold and agnitor credits for participating so the lag fest was at least worth it for everyone.
