Change the unprofessional/trollish dialogue during elite cancellation
I went to temporarily cancel my elite subscription today, and a box with this text popped up: "After your Elite Status time expires all the benefits of Elite Status will stop, and you’ll be a total N00B again. Rly think about this, k." If I were loving this game right now, I might find that funny. I'm not loving this game right now, and neither are most of the people who go to cancel their subscriptions and thus see that text. When a lot of customers who like the game itself have been issuing complaints about how the publisher handles the game and treats its customers (lag, 3rd party tools policies, unfair bans), making such trollish statements as the aforementioned text does is unhelpful, to say the least. I really want this game to thrive, as I enjoy the gameplay. To that end, I suggest that you replace the aforementioned text with something more respectful and more professional.
