    Today's BAM spawn was kind of a trial run and we were monitoring server activity closely in case something like this happened. Looks like the trial wasn't a pass. Thankfully when servers started going down, the hour-long event had almost reached completion. We're going to be investigating the outages to try and determine why they crashed during this invasion event and how we can avoid it in the future (while still running events like this).

    maybe spawning just bosses and not million mobs at the same time would be a good idea...

    It had less than 8 minutes left. I know that's not the ideal way to end an event like this, but I don't think it's worth running again until we do a little investigating internally. Hopefully you guys still had some fun and landed yourselves some extra loot this morning.

    I too think it's safer to wait. Having another event like this in a couple of days might be better than repeating it today several times with the risk of several crashes.

    Trial run? You guys still haven't completely fixed the random ping spikes players are STILL getting and you decide to do this? Really? I didn't participate because I got on too late, this post just seems like a bunch of amateurs are running the servers here, I thought you guys were an official publisher here.

    In any case, I hope this is resolved soon and thank you for the update.

    I'm inclined towards thinking they literally made this event to make us crash the server so they can see what goes on when it happens.
