How difficult is it to get +15 gears?

    Way too much rng. You will either get it handed to you for cheap or cry yourself to sleep every night.

    Well what are you farming for if it's not gear, or mats, or any kind of resource to make progress to your character? That's what i think of when im about to invest money in resources. Personally costumes are fine but i don't spend anything on them untill my gear is complete, a cute costume won't make me do more dmg or anything.

    Think about the fact that once you don't need your +15 item, you can sell it for a few hundred thousand gold, right now ambush weaps +15 are between 300k-400k. While a design for Deathwrack can be double that.

    Such is life in Tera. My tensus weapon +15ed easily, my starfall weapon stayed at +13 the entire patch, never could get to 14, so many failures. My imp weapon was very easy, my ambush armor was decent, 20-30 tries. I'm hoping I'm not due for bad luck when I make a deathwrack weapon, but I'll keep at it.

    Getting the actual gear isn't very difficult if you can clear the instances and have a group to alternate between the drops. It's going from 1->15 that takes the most time excluding events that flood materials. Going from 12 to 15 can be anywhere from ~3 attempts to multiple hundred attempts. I've had a weapon take 275 tries and a chest take 155 tries with some pieces taking less than 20 each. If you craft and enchant yourself you would have to be prepared to potentially go through an excessive amount of tries. This is why some people choose to buy the gear because even if you can't resell it you're saving gold unless you were lucky. If you're unlucky when you craft and enchant your own gear you still lost more gold after reselling it.

    Damn this sounds a lot rng dependent (which I guessed already :( ) but how difficult is it to gather all these mats and enchant mats? How long does it take? I often get trouble finding parties and I am inexperienced with dungeons which doesn't help at all :(

    Then you shouldn't worry about vm gear. Make sure your misery is enchanted and rolled properly with decent accessories and get some more practice. You need to be very familiar with your class if you are going to be farming the hardest dungeons.

    well, you can always get the mats from boxes, but that can be too expensive since drop rate is kinda sad. you can try bg's as well, but tbh i camped 2 days in gridiron and cs and only thing i got were 2 lakan's scales, which i could have farmed on iod in one hour... try to find yourself friendly and helpful (and most important active) guild, that way it will be easier to get into runs. unfortunately, most players (ashamed to admit, but including me most of the time) want their runs to be done fast, that's why they ask for experienced players in lfg.

    spellbind cost on gear is probably the cheapest of all the materials used, mostly because once your rolls are done you are done.

    Yes I understand , tbh I'd probably do the same in your shoes :p Its just that I need to start somewhere and learn. Like you said I need some good guild to help me out :3

    If u play the game you have enough money to +15 weapon and +12 the rest.
    How well its simple exploit the bugs in nearly every event EME ever ran and cash in
