So after accidentally discarded my "+15 Hook & Draw" weapon support was kind enough to restore it.
But then this happened...

As you can see it's a +15ed Masterworked weapon, not an Awakened weapon.

And like any Visionmaker Masterworked weapon, it can be Awakened even though it's already +15...

    Can you re-open the ticket and tell support the problem? They'd probably fix it for you.

    I already submitted a ticket to support, so that they can fix it. The big problem is going to be waiting for a response since it's taking quite a while lately.

    I might awaken it myself, and ask support to give me the 2k feed and 1k mwa. But Idk if I should do that.

    Yeah, don't do that. They will restore weapon or armor once or twice, but I highly doubt they will give you back materials such as MWA and Feedstock.

    To be safe, I suggest to just wait out the ticket.
