What is the response time for a support ticket to be responded to.

I have a ticket active since the 26-05 but no response as yet, how long dose it take.

    It depends in part on what it's about (things deemed more urgent are often prioritized), but I'd guess probably some time in the coming week. It averages around 7 to 10 days.

    back to the topic: Next week, early that might be the respond time for you, but I think CH held your pets for smuggling illegal E R P drugs.

    I've got a ticket waiting since May 23rd. I find it preposterous that it takes this long. EME hire more people to take care of tickets ffs. Your service really has gone down hill...
