I was on same ip address as my boyfriend when i was registering but we arent living together anymore so im on my own laptop but i still cant access my account because he is banned and im not him could you please help me i sent a ticket but no response and its been 3 days anyone knows solution?

    Usualy tickets take up to 7 days min to be awnserd, i would say try to make a new one if there was nothing important on his character, other than that I dont know ;c

    Well a friend of mine told me it takes them 3 days and today is the 3rd day but like I have 2 chars with full +12 misery and one of them I was making VM8 :c

    We kinda need to know the reason why he is banned, so we can roughly tell if it is an IP or just an account ban.

    If you got IP banned, then I am sorry for your loss, since your boyfriend is likely to have made a very fatal mistake.
