Black-Grey characters?

Whenever i enter a "new zone" or going somewhere that people are loading, they are usually greyed out and i cant see any of the animations they are doing, i can only see the skill effects they cast. It takes time to load them especially on battlegrounds and thats really frustrating, it's impossible to pvp like this.

I tried different kind of settings, but same result
my specs:
Intel Core i5 3450 CPU 3.10GHz
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

    This isn't a bug, they're still rendering on your screen, just be patient

    Is there a way to speed up rendering? Coz I have the same problem rendering is to slow. And this is the only game where this happen.

    its your gpu that causes these stuff , even though tera is more of a cpu game GPU has that nasty effect in there.. see if you can tweak it abit, and of course i maybe wrong

    Unless you are running a high-end CPU/GPU as well as running the game on an SSD, you are going to have some issues with rendering. 8 GB ram is enough, but looking at your CPU model it is probably a DDR3 with a lower-than-current clock speed.
