MISSING ELITE BOXES
I am having intermittently boxes not show up.

Basically what I've concluded is that if you login and claim the boxes one day between 5pm to 4am PDT (8pm to 7am Eastern), the next day you won't get any. Only if you login every day before 5pm PDT (8pm PDT), then you'll get them consistently.
In the above thread they mention they're going to try something to fix it on Tuesday.
