Been about 6 days now and haven't received my emp nor have i gotten a refund...........pathetic!

    Did you buy it on their site with a credit/debit card? Or through steam? And have you submitted a ticket support?
  • i have submitted 2, one for not getting the emp, and one for the refund. i purchased through debit card.
