According to Yosha's guide, on weapon you should try damage and cooldown reduction: https://sites.google.com/site/yoshasstuff/sorcerer-guide#TOC-Gearing

Gloves might be the only place aside from jewelry where it's safe to roll crit factor, with the usual 9 crit, 5 power and attck speed/mana regen setup.

Don't roll crit on your weapon. 2 enrage(few ppl prefer cdr over 1 enrage). Flat, cdr, behind is ideal rolls. Use keen etchings on your weapon and glove if ur class needs high crit rate. BTW your crit rate is kinda low. Lv 2 etchings on Wep and glove + all crit accessories and belt + crit brooch + blue inner wear will give you around 280 to 300 crit rate.

    dont roll crit on gear

by the way, ¿what does sorcs roll on gear? ¿power?

I personally don't know what min maxers roll on in their gear, but from what little I have seen, many people get their crit factor from consumables, so they can roll other things like crit power on their gear and crystals. A guide would be more helpful, though. Now, those on elite accounts have access to a charm trio and a battle nostrum/scroll combo. And those give power and crit power. Not crit factor. Good for laid back soloing or level up dungeons. But if you are going for min maxing end game with similar minded people who won't accept any less, you won't use these elite buffs and instead use regular greater keen charms and everything else they have proven to give max DPS.

my main is a sorc too and I got kicked from an IM group only once, after I got disconnected. Either it's something that's happening only on your server or you're being rejected for some other reasons.

nope there no other reasons that i know of, even my guild members who play Sorc as well have mentioned this problem about being a Sorc. I'm on Tempest Reach btw

As stated, it might be your gears so it would be helpful if you posted a screenshot of your gears.

EDIT: Welp, if you aren't going to show us, we can't help you. You can black out your name if that's what you're worried about.
  • I follow Yosha guide so those are the rolls and gear I try to go for/have

I'm not sure if this also is related to the realease of ninjas, back when reapers were launched you could hear about parties on LFG composed mainly by reapers rejecting archers, slayers and DPS-warriors, just so their reapers could get the leather armor pieces.
  • Well... if all else fails, make your own lfg, be your own master lol.
  • Well... if all else fails, make your own lfg, be your own master lol.

looks like that what i have to do lol
  • You're rolling as much crit as you can? And you have 240 crit without good brooch/inners. 99% sure it means your rolls are garbage. You don't roll crit on weapon which is probably where you have a lot of your crit from. You're playing a lower DPS class with improper rolls. Kicks happen especially in IMS when a bunch of random noobs who don't know the dungeon queue.
  • Ninja and Sorcs share the same loot table. You're likely getting kicked because the Ninja/Priest/Mystic in the group doesn't want to compete with you on loot rolls. it's likely have nothing to do with hating on Sorcs. Just loot.

My only advise would be to create your own group. You'll likely continue to be kicked in IMS queues or LFG if there is a Ninja already in the group and/or leader of the group.
