Can't buy new innerwear from in-game cash shop?

I've tried relogging from both game and launcher, but it won't let me purchase the new innerwears?

    We're looking into this issue right now. It is definitely a little insectoid...

    Purchases through the web store work fine. It's only purchases made via the in-game store that give this error, so that's a shopping work-around for you.

    that would be okay but i dont know if its just me but i dont want to claim each box one by one if they could be bought in stacks.. maybe add the option to buy them in stacks from the webstore maybe?

    The problem appears to have been a platform-side issue, which has been resolved. In-game purchases should work fine for elite players now. Sorry about the delay!
