Nightmared Revived Imperator's Debuff Mechanic Bugged?

Yeah, so as the title states, when we were doing 2nd boss in VSHM, I couldn't help but notice that sometimes, when removing debuff stacks, that people (myself included) would take the full damage of a cage aoe when we were removing the last stack of a debuff, which would obviously kill us. Can anyone else confirm that this has happened to them too? Pretty annoying bug to have on an already difficult mechanic...

  • I can in fact confirm it. My guild and I were running VSHM last night and had the same issue. The other stacks seemed to work fine, but with one stack it did not we took full damage every time.

    Yeah so I always have my combat log open at all times during fights and what seems to happen is when I have curse I take 32k damage each hit from cage, but sometimes it'll bug out and I'll get the 32k hit and also a hit for 132k. So it's not even like you can keep yourself healed up and avoid it cause if you have more than 1 curse stack you're totally screwed, good luck healing through 32k damage 4 times + 132k at the end which hits you at the same time as the 32k one, especially if you've only got pots cause you're not a healer.
