PSA(?): ilvl 423 dungeons drop superior brooches

So today I was spamming TSNM cuz reasons, until i noticed a superior brooch in my inventory which I did not craft or buy. It was a power brooch (with rather trash stats) but w/e. Point is, ilvl 423 dungeons seem to have a chance of dropping superior brooches, though it's not stated under the rewards in the instance matching selection screen. Can anyone confirm this?
I'd be happy if I was the only one lucky enough to get it for free though kek

    Yes, patch for yellow brooches dropping from high tier dungeons came with the new dungeons (K-Tera had them later after dungeon release), I can confirm that, we dropped a yellow quickcarve brooch few weeks ago from Lakan in VSN.

    Do they drop bound to the character that picks it up?

    No it's tradable. It only says "Crafted by XXX(aka you)" when you win the roll and pick it up.
