Failed to generate fraud prevention signature

What is with this error? I have the Tera Installer that I run just fine on my PC that allows me to log into Tera. When I went to download Kritika as I was given a closed beta key it forced me to download the Enmasse installer. Everytime I try and log on to my account with the Enmasse installer it prevents me to do so because of this very irritating error "Failed to generate fraud prevention signature". I have tried everything on this page http://support.enmasse.com/tera/failed-to-generate-device-signature-335 to try and fix this problem and nothing has helped. Has anyone had this problem before and was able to fix it?

    I should add that I have contacted support but that was over a week ago and have yet to receive a response, and everyday this is holding me back on being able to enjoy the closed beta access, as well as prevented me from purchasing any founder packages. The founder packages aren't going to be out for sale much longer. I just want to be able to download the damn game and play it!

    It does sound like the same root cause as the other issue in the support note you linked to, but if those fixes don't work, only other thing I could suggest would be to temporarily disable any anti-virus or anti-spyware software you have installed and see if that helps at all. Otherwise, I assume you're not using any sort of VPN?

    Na, im not using a VPN. I use Comodo firewall. What I find odd though is that I have no issues using the Tera Installer to play Tera, but the Enmasse installer gives me this error when trying to log in. I wish there was a way for me to just download kritika without the installer through a direct link, but it seems that the Enmasse installer is necessary. Without being able to log in I can't download anything. I've even tried to login with facebook as it's an option on the enmasse installer but I still get the same error.

    Hmm yeah -- I might try temporarily disabling the Comodo firewall to see if that helps it. If there's some sort of conflict, that may be useful info for EME since it could impact others too.

    I disabled my firewall, and still have the same error. I logged into my husbands PC that literally sits next to mine. I downloaded the Enmasse installer and entered in my email and password BAM logged right in no issues at all. So it can't be a network problem. Some guy mentioned that this happened to him and he found out his IP was blocked from Enmasse, and that he had to use a VPN. I know for a fact I am not banned, or blocked as I have been playing Tera since closed beta. There would be no reason for them to block my IP. Of course Enmasse likes to take their sweet [filtered] time responding to their tickets. I put my ticket in May 27th, and I've yet to get a response.

    Well, if your husband's PC sits right next to yours, that means it isn't the IP address either (since I presume you're on the same Internet connection). So.... I guess for some strange reason, there's something on your PC that's blocking you that isn't on his. But what it is? Who knows... I'd send EME the diagnostic data since it lists out all the running programs, and maybe if they can compare the two computers they can figure out what the problem is.

    it could be a random program causing problems. one time in a completely different game i was having a issue with it not working. so i created a system restore point and started deleting programs until the problem was resolved testing after every deletion. then once i found the issue i restored everything then deleted the problem program. THIS IS A LAST RESORT DONT DO THIS UNLESS YOUR COMPLETELY OUT OF IDEAS.
