Solo queue 3s not equalized anymore???

Just did a 3s match where some people had their actual gear but some people had the eq gear. This is completely broken and unfair and needs to be changed immediately. Noticed this because I saw a VM proc in solo queue.

    Agreed. It needs to be changed back ASAP. This is the only gamemode I run on my no gear [filtered].

    I heard the ilvl is the same as old patch so its probably a bug?

    Its 100% a bug. This is not how it is supposed to be. Some people getting equalized some people not. That's definitely not how solo queue 3s is supposed to work. It only started happening this morning after some ninja patching they did.
    This is not okay at all.

    This was fixed. I also replaced the earrings in Skyring only with one that has stun reduction.

    Yeah because we need people being gear carried in soloQ too. If you think broken unequalized gear would make 3s better or more active you're honestly clueless. Probably best you stay away.

    It's more playable and fun than triple CDR nonsense non-EQ gear that all but diminishes any coordination or skill in 3v3.

    You sir deserve a cookie for stating the proper facts. Before the CDR [filtered] was even added to the game (WH patch, before even etchings were added at reaper patch which was next), the meta was quite similar to how it is now with eq gear. Those were the VM1/Bloodrave times.

    That said, a warrior during VM1 could almost 100-0 (without VM stun, with stun it was a guaranteed kill) and that was in A Stance. Nobody serious complained about it because it was fun and engaging to have to use teamwork to avoid it, only noobs did for obvious reasons. A mistake was punished heavily which was good for the competition and challenge. People who want tankiness want second chances because they mess up, they can't admit defeat. If your healer can be soloed, then why can't you solo enemy healer too? Do you get interrupted by their DD or outsmarted by the priest? Well tough luck, you got outplayed, no second chances for you, accept the damn loss instead of crying about the gear not giving you 100 chances to recover.

    But regardless of that fact, even if both versions (eq and uneq) have imbalanced metas, at least the eq one doesn't have more imbalance on TOP of that due to gear gaps, so it's obviously better.
