restarting mystic and need help on what i should decide for gear swapping

i am restarting my mystic however shes in old gear such as starfall...yeah been long while however i know people will say i should get ambush parts then deathwark and such however that's not possible right now at least and wonder if going misery or mix of some of the starfall gear such as the weapon for example? what should i do that would help me get her back up any help would be great

    Hi,

    Fastest and easiest would be misery +12. Not sure if your Ilvl is enough for the dungeons that dropit. If not you can do the vanguard quest of Secrets of Aranea and get the Guillie set which is easy to enchant and will help you move over to misery.

    As for the weapon not sure if the +15 starfall will outheal a +12 misery you would need to check that.,

    i level is surely enough since i reached 419 with circlet. at least i got a simple answer on what to do now thanks for the reply ill get to work slowly now aha

    my priest was also in starfall starting this patch i've seen good results in replacing it all with misery. except the gloves, keep those, as far as im aware they are BIS for healers still.

    Nah, just upgrade the gloves to misery too. The endurance lost from keeping starfall gloves is not worth the extra healing.

    Misery Scepter will heal more than a Starfall one. The base healing is worth more than the 6% roll you'll get.

    Just upgrade fully to Misery for the 5/5 Endurance set bonus.
