Tera Launcher Bug

The launcher starts no problem but the log in screen wont show up was just playing like 3 hours ago to switch to a different account then this issue happened

    Hello sorry for taking too long, Try the following :
    1. Delete the EN.version and live2-lanucher. version files
    2. go over here http://support.enmasse.com/tera/play-button-unresponsive And download TL file if its a zip extract it and replace the one you allready had in this directory : Tera main folder > Client , if you downloaded it as an exe then just drag it to the same place as the old one
    3. re-opean the lanucher it should update, Tell me what happens next Good luck -Sasha

    I cannot authenticate to the launcher. The Progress bar is blue the play button is gray and the authentication window with name and password does not prompt up
