Did lancer backstep get stealth reverted?
It's hard to tell with all the lag, but I seem to die during the backstep animation during arush/root beer again, did the duration fix/change get reverted or am I imagining it?

YAY FOR BHS
Edit: They didn't really fix, you just have to stop moving for it to work, which as a lancer I don't really know why you'd be moving anyway
and to jump backwards just don't hold any movement key or hold S .-.
-_- That doesn't excuse the fact that this needed to be fixed
You've clearly never done VS or HH then.
Actually not, I have not xD
I WAS one of the ones that griped about the backstep change when it first came out, but now I agree with it, especially priest. (Well, soloing content isn't that great with the new backstep though)
Let me rephrase it: It's easier for DPS to backstep like this, to get behind the boss if you get the aggro or something and he's facing you
Please NO
Lancer's right-left-steps are very useful
I want to see you dodging lasers in DFHM with BACKstep
You do know DF HM existed before they change backstep, right?
uhhhh
ask the countless of priests who did that before their backstep got changed to directional? it's called.... moving your camera my man.
here's a mindblowing tidbit for you. people have been backstepping through lasers since the days of argon corpus!!! that's right. meldita, the original laser binch!!!
But since you don't need to move your camera very quickly it's usually better to have directional for these types of things. You can't tell me that turning your camera 90 degrees and backstepping is easier and more accurate than doing A/D + backstep.
