I get that, but there are also people that has been waiting for 2 weeks now.. And besides if this actually works everyone's going to start making threads about their ticket
if they actually check their support ticket, eventually people will stop doing this. they said they are training new "GMs" for customer support... wonder when are they going to ANNOUNCE the new GMs name on new thread... HOPEFULLY they are actually doing something about it >.>
I cut a ticket this morning because I bought Elite yesterday and my account is still normal.
I hope a GM see this before I decide to ask Paypal for a chargeback.
