gl with that mines been in for a week already there is literally no one working tickets except bearshoes you politely tells you to pfo and forces you to reopen a ticket
i had one acknowledge my ticket an nothing else , close the ticket and sent me an email wanting me to rate the good job they did closing the ticket with out fixing any problem
I submitted a ticket for some minor stuff, but I actually have more major issues and I'm just waiting for their reply to tell them, Hopefully they do not close my ticket right after replying >.>

if they actually check their support ticket, eventually people will stop doing this. they said they are training new "GMs" for customer support... wonder when are they going to ANNOUNCE the new GMs name on new thread... HOPEFULLY they are actually doing something about it >.>

I cut a ticket this morning because I bought Elite yesterday and my account is still normal.
I hope a GM see this before I decide to ask Paypal for a chargeback.

We are not able to offer to check submitted Support Tickets and give higher priority to the OP because a Forum Thread was made in an attempt to check the current status of it.
