Support Tickets

Is it normal for EME to close a Ticket after they answer the ticket but not fix the problem?

I have had to reopen a support ticket 4 times now, each time they have written back but not fixed the problem and given no time frame on fixing the problem.

Getting really [filtered] about now as the toon that has the problem retains a lot of my in-game wealth within it's Petpocket's that I used to transfer all my gear between servers.

Transferred 4 toons, 3 good 1 stuffed.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

    What was the answer? My guess is "we're aware of this bug and we've passed it on to BHS to be fixed, but we don't know when a fix will happen." If that's what they said, then they probably don't have the ability to solve it on their own by any sort of manual intervention. I mean it really sucks and is a stupid bug that I'm not trying to excuse, but if the only thing that can fix it is an update from BHS, there's nothing leaving your ticket open will do. In that case, it would be normal to close your ticket.
