hum help enigmatic weapon wont identify?

So i was trying to mw my new vm9 weapon and i ran out of scrolls but it made it "enigmatic" like back in the days where you had to then click on it with an intricate identification scroll. But heres the thing when i click on it with the scroll it doesnt do anything making the weapon stuck at +9 and unusable T.T

    I'm having the exact same problem with my Misery gloves. Got them just fine to +9 and then... enigmatic..
    It's really frustrating considering all the gold and mats (and time) spent on these :/

    Normal behaviour when trying to Masterwork Gear now is that the window for re-rolling lines appears and then you click enchant, right? And when you run out of any one of the mats, you shouldn't be able to enchant any further to get to Masterwork.

    It sounds like when you ran out of intricates, the game allowed you (when you shouldn't have been able to) attempt the enchant and because you had no intricates, you couldn't complete the process.

    It further sounds like when the current masterworking process was implemented, BHS removed the old functionality of being able to use Intricates to complete enchanting to masterwork process manually.

    If it is as I've described, then a potential fix is to add the old functionality of the intricate scrolls back.

    Could be but at least in my case I did have enough scrolls, both blessed enigmatic and Intricate identification scrolls, it just turned like that out of nowhere.

    I'm not sure if that old function was fully removed or not, what I am sure is that the Identifications scrolls don't work at all :/ to be honest I don't think it would make much of a difference to the current system if they kept the old 'doing it separated' but I don't know what BHS did about that..

    I moved from that though, got another +air of gloves, but still would like an answer to this. If anything just... some alkahest or feedstock back? pleease? would that be asking for much?

    no still no reply from eme after almost 2 weeks :/
    and yes seraphinush i have tried using all kind of scrolls on it and nothing happened

    Oh. Just got an answer for my ticket asking the specific time that happened so they can send it to QA (?). Also said the only thing they could do was send anohter item with random stats.

    Don't know if you got your answer yet but... 2 weeks later...

    There was a report about this issue in KTERA Inven when they got VS patch(a few months ago). People reported that if you do something (especially "chatting") while masterworking your gear, your gear will have a chance to be locked to enigmatic step.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to unlock (by intricate scroll) the gear in game now. You have to submit a ticket and have to wait until GM replaces your locked gear with a new one.

    That's definitely a weird way to get your items enigmatic xD but yes, send a ticket.

    I got the answer yesterday and they sent me my gloves back at +9 with random stats (not that I would need them by niw but fedstock)

    oh wow and i thought it was a new bug...

    yesterday i was trying to masterwork my +9 misery twin swords when lag spike hit. and my weapon got stuck in "enigmatic" state afterwards. I tried manually use the intricate id scroll on my weapon but nothing happens.

    i already sent eme a ticket yesterday. i guess now i just need to wait for 2 weeks to get my weapon back.

    That thing just happened to my friend when she got her Deathwrack chest piece, it's ridiculous since it took her quite some time to gather all the materials. Now she can't do anything but wait for the ticket, that's really frustrating and they need to compensate people for this bug. Especially when ticket time is so long.

    got response from gm earlier today asking me the approximate time it happened.
    guess i'm having my weapon back later today. :)

    and yes, there's nothing you can do about this one except waiting for gm to unlock your gear.

    just another update:
    i did get my weapon back, but i lost all the crystals that were on it.

    NOT COOL!!!
