So, im still getting kicked from 3v3
this is starting to get on my nerves , last time i came back to this game was almost a year ago , i came back on my warrior went to try some 3v3 and i would get instantly kicked , so i asked around in the forums and people told me its because ppl require everyobody to have the pvp defence crystals on or its a kick.
So this time around i came back on my slayer , i got everything ready (pvp defence crystals) and most of my glyphs , and i got instantly kicked again , so whats the fcking excuse this time , whats it this time? i would ask people but i didint even get the time to catch their names , its instant kick , i could never do 3v3 because of this ( exept when the game was new and not everybody was a sweaty tryhard that kicks you everytime witouth explaining why), so im not being kicked because im bad , cant be bad if i never played it , uh and dont tell me its because im a slayer , i didint even know people look down on slayers just because valk is OP , racists -_- (classists?).

Just to make sure, what are all of your crystals? What's your rating when being kicked? Also class won't really matter, in eq gear everything hits hard.

The problem is if a person has even just 1 pve crystal, they aren't only at a disadvantage but they are also very highly likely to be nowhere near the skill level required to play 3s. Just recently I had a match that looked like this:
Team1:
Myself ( 1300+ rating )
Reaper ( 1300+ rating )
mystic ( 900 rating )
Team2:
Rando DPS ( 1000 rating )
Rando Valkyrie ( 1100~ rating )
"alright" priest ( 1200+ rating )
The mystic had all PvP crystals except one: Wrathful. We figured eh what the heck we will try to carry him anyways. But we soon found out this guy was full 100% potato. He never healed, never used thrall of life, tried to turn off auras and switch mid combat ( LOLWHY ) and we spent the entire match having to peel from him because he had no idea wtf he was doing. The guy was just too heavy. We gave him all the peels in the universe and he still dies in 30 seconds.
So r2 we kick him, got a different healer, and proceeded to steamroll the enemy team for r2 and r3.
The fact is the difference between player skill is 100x more evident in 3s than it is in any other BG. Someone unfamiliar with pvp in this game may be somewhat useless in Corsairs or Gridiron, but in skyring an unskilled player actually becomes a detriment / serious liability. A single player can and often does make their team lose, and that's why kicking is and will continue to be prevalent in 3's. This isn't going to change until BHS updates the kick system, so either deal with it or just don't play pvp on mondays.

Rumors and hate don't equal what actually happened lol... I'll never get how people just refused to accept I was the best even in equalized skyring.
1) have one or more wrong crystal.
- Crystals are really cheap now, so wrong crystal simply means you have no idea about pvp.
2) too low raiting.
- If your rating is 950 or higher, it can be bearble for other tow members, but if your rating is significantly low like 800ish, it simply means you have a significant problem. The reason is that if you win with your rating of 900, you will get like 40-50 rating and if you lose, you will lose about 10. So below 900 rating is quite ridiculous tbh.
But remember, in 3s and IMS, people from other servers cannot see your PVP record(kill/death/win rate) and your glyph(no one can see glyph tho). They are only able to see your CRYSTALS / RATING / CLASS / SERVER / NAME. So if you keep getting kicked even by members from other servers constantly, there must be something wrong on one of those.
