game keep disconnect me every 5-10 min
sometimes i cant even stay 1 min then disconnect

anyone else have the same problem?

    I have similar problem, but I'm not sure about that why tera is turning off. Mayby thats becouse of my internet connection?

    I'm no technician, but perhaps something helps.
    - try to play at secondary times, so e.g. 3am
    - have a look at the up-/downstream load. Is there someone else using your internet and heavily loading bandwidth?
    - do not play via wifi/w-lan. Try putting a cable
    - don't use VPN. I tried Wtfast once and got kicked (disconnected) every ~15 min

    im having same problem as you, i keep getting disconnected middle of boss fight then relogged stayed 20min then disconnected then 5min then disconnected then reset my router and cable disabled for few min then retry again, disconnected again, my theory its not internet fault since it runs fast and speed just fine, its more of tera server fault.
