Ignorance is a bless, ignore those players, I knew some players here BS players over Elins, and saw them in game with sexualized Elin chars, so ignore them hard lol but the point is we all can agree, BHS focused on Elins for short temporary benefit mostly which killed this game's bright future.
Damm me too, I just can't with that Devilicious. And the funny part is that this one is pretty much the only pervy costume for Elins. Even the magician ones they cover their backs way, WAY, WAY more than other females versions. And underwear, that guess what... it's underwear and only shows up with a potion.
But they'll always say that "elins show up more skin than other races hurr durr p!nis".
I bet that most of the people that complain don't even play it.
Anyway, we'll see what BHS announces. Obviously if they do port one of the new classes to a different race, and it's Elin, it will increase the calls (that have been made for years) to bring these new classes to more/all races/genders. It'll prove that it's something BHS is able/willing to do, at least. But it shouldn't be much surprise that they are continuing to focus on the race/genders that are the most profitable globally, even though this isn't what a lot of people want them to do. The frustration continues...
Even the worst game ever is going to start big if it's pretty, that doesn't really mean much. People tried Tera and saw it wasn't much different than any other Korean MMORPG other than the combat, but to the average person the combat isn't enough to keep them playing.
It's for coments like this that it's worth coming to the forums sometimes, thank you for actually showing maturity related to this.
This ridiculous generalized idea that most Elin players are some kind of perverts or have messed up tastes is completly stupid, along with the idea that elins are simply little kids that are meant to be sexualized (most of the weird stuff which comes from people's minds, has nothing to do with the original lore of the game wtf).
Elins were made the way they were because in many Asian countries these type of character are seen as cute as @Zoknahal said and there's nothing wrong with that and it's not like you're forced to play as one either, not counting locked classes obviously.
I am a girl and I main an Elin archer (and I do have more elin character besides my archer) beacuse I like it, because I like cute stuff and also think they can look pretty cool (it al depends on how you want your character to look wtv), not because I have some weird taste or crazy ideas about them or anything like that.
The same way there's nothing wrong with older people (male or female) playing Elins either. It's just another race, stop blowing things out of proportion.
Stereotyping people for a race they like to play is dumb, be that any race out there.

Honestly, I don't think most people care at all (beyond the fact that it isn't their personal preference, they may not "get" the appeal, etc.). I think it's just a fast and easy way to get a rise out of people. People get defensive, and those people find it hilarious. Anyway, it's stupid.

1st of all, elins are not sexualized, devilicious is really the only costume that makes em look somehow "wrong" and even if they show some panties (lol) when wearing other outfits, it's just what it is, nothing compared to the overwhelming b00bs size and the way other female races wear the counterparts of the same costumes. Even fashion coupons costumes.
They're made to be cute, no1 would ever say an elin is "sexy" and if he/she finds elins sexy, well, that's not a real problem either

What makes that kind of things illegal is the age of the subject, not the body-type itself - that means, a girl 18+/21+ who's short, with a flat chest and a childish look, is nowhere to be considered illegal, is she? lol
Law protects underage subjects from abuses, and the morals too, shall consider only the legal age of the subjects involved, not their body type lol
I would make problems about what the actual age of other female chars is - like, isn't the brawler described as a "young human girl" starting from zero? How young is she? And valks? She fought a war, did a massacre, but how old is she supposed to be?

Given that the Lore specifies elins are not kids, but even older beings than the other races, their body shape matters no more.
If you're malicious and see em as kids, your problem. We are discussing the problem with BHS which likes a short beneficiary market each 6 months, then leaves the game without any real content or change then comes back 6 months later to do the same thing. That is the problem, that is what killed Tera.

Instead, we should be thankful that gunner is being expanded to other races, shows bhs can and will do the same for the other gender locked classes.
