Took a long time sorry; I had to get help from few people too. Since this was 32-page document-- it was even separated as 2 parts!-- which is overwhelming for my translating skills and most of them were blah blah blah.

so instead, we took time to pick main parts and made TL;DR instead. Im sure everyone else would appreciate that better too.

    Actually, @Idi0ticGenius , will these new tokens be tradeable? Or just the things you buy with them? Also, when you say "crafting" for the new etchings, does that mean the actual etching crafting or is it some new fancy thing that has nothing to do with current crafting/gathering?

    Well, I am glad for this change, it will be easier to upgrade gear for 13 characters that way than now.

    Upgrading and getting better tier gear should always be the way is showed in that dev note.

    Nope. Cannot trade.

    Not all of them. few things we know that are not tradable are most of the Deathwrack mats and new accessory resize thing, and i think some of those new items are not tradeable too. I'll have to wait on info for those.

    it doesnt really say specifically. There are mentions of crafting here and there, which kinda gets me interested but there's just not enough detail on it.
    We'll have to see where this goes in 2 weeks when this patch hits.

    Question since you only put "gears up to"...does the "new" +15 only still applies to VM gears or ALL gears up to VM9.5? I'm gonna assume it's the latter...

    @ReaperElena sorry; i'm not sure which part you are talking about.

    but the new gears on new content seems to have Max enchant level at +9
    New Gear (weapon, chest, handwear, footwear, belt)
    Guardian Gear (Replaces Idoneal gear, max enchant up to +6)
    Altered Gem Gear (up to +9)
    Cold Metal Gear (up to +9)
    Screaming Rage Gear (up to +9, can be liberated once after +7)

    +15 is only VM9.5 or prior.
