    go to
    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
    delete hosts file

    try again

if you dont want to delete it, check it by opening it with notpad. if you see something like sls.enmasse then you have to delete that file (or delete that line alone).

at least, that's how i fixed mine. dunno why that happens either.

if you can't edit or delete hosts file, you need to check your antivirus settings.
  • Intel is crap, you should trow that in to the trash and get an amd.

restart your computer as a first step if you haven't already, run tera as admin, or in a command line do:
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /renew

In my experience this error is either caused by a firewall blocking tera or by your DNS entry pointing at the wrong ip. The person who suggested checking your hosts file is also not a bad idea.

Edit: also i don't know why people are asking about your processor, it has absolutely nothing to do with this error.

In case you use a 3rd party program, just close and run it again. I
    Problem will be solved....

And stop using 3rd party program.....
  • I'm using tera's link to download, i had a problem with auto-optimization so I tried deleting to reinstall, but now I can't enter servers lol. I remember this being an issue before.

Going to lock this bumped thread (see the sticky about that), but if you haven't already done so try deleting the Live2-launcher.version file in your install folder and restarting the launcher. Otherwise, I would try a repair.
