It's unlikely EmE will merge servers just for the raid though.There's a lot to take into consideration that would probably outweigh the need to merge for a clear.
Xaioli helped our raid a lot. There was some hesitation about clearing when he left but we eventually progressed into a clear with full Fey Forest participants.
Casual means me when bored soloing HH20 with Guile as Priest.

Maybe that is the case for you, but most other people will not have any reason to run HH20 without any profit or incentive. Especially after they get their VM9.5 Oblit retools. Some people don't even want the retool cause you can't lib once you 9.5.
At least with HH30, people ran to get their Marrow Brooch, now even counting all the profit you get with the Battle Packs. But now that most major HH raiders have gotten their Marrow Brooch, without a decent profit from HH20, people may not bother to put together many raids. People already often don't want to log in and play cause of the lag, and the difficulty increase with HH20 will create more exclusivity.
There's going to be 2 main raids(that I know of), everyone else are most likely going to be doing practice raids.

Just ask in global or something, you'll prob get an answer. I haven't talked to everyone organizing raids, but I'm guessing ambush weapon will prob be minimum to most people, but doesn't hurt to ask.
Sorry to burst your bubble but on MT some people are already rejecting vm8+15's from parties. Few days ago I saw '+15 vm9 only' rally raid. There are few vshm parties who do that as well, albeit they are more rare. I have a friend who got rejected from several vshm parties due to being vm8+15.
Its part of the reason why I did not chose to buy an ambush weapon and luckily my guildmates advised me against it as well. I won't be surprised to see handful of '+15 vm9 only' HH raids. Your gear is still pretty good to go though so, I am sure you will find raids for hh. Good luck!

There's 1000x other reasons why there needs to be server merge, besides HH.
Server merge needs a lotta improvements to the game, character selection, support system, etc.

That won't happen. BHS has moved on from this as their main focus.
Should NA Tera just continue to dry up and die? Merges need to happen. As an MMO this game feels empty and lifeless.
