Lv 65 Berserker Quest Skill Unlock Bug

Hello everyone,

i play Tera for about 2 weeks now and discovered just lately that my Berserker has still locked Skills.
I googled and found out i would need to complete the Quests from Tarkloon named "Berserker Training"

After asking in Global and in Guild, the NPC should have such a Quest for me. Sadly it doesn't seam to be the case.

Am i missing something or do i need to do another Quest beforehand? Nobody seams to know.

Dungeons without a evasive Skill can be really painful and depressing.

    Hey! That's not where the quest starts, the npc you have to talk to first is here:

    It's a Baraka npc inside the building, on the right side of the room.
