I did all 8 vanguards and more- all the dungeons, instances, solo dungeons i could do in order to make sure i could take advantage of what i have and it really left me no where except BAMARAMA because it's just the greatest thing ever.
I currently am full +12 uh Guile gear which was actually harder to +12 than i thought (or my rng is worse or naTERA does have a bit more relaxed chance of success) and can go no where from that because again, no MWA to work with in order to get my Misery gear to +12 and only 2 instances of VHNM per day. no resets.
So i spend my days farming all that i could in instances and end up at BAMARAMA and gamble til i get scared to lose gold.
And to answer your question- i have no fking clue but i know they bettering like 5k Diamond Tickets for some reason and people win like 20k tickets.

Never said it was impossible but the time frame to do it is disgustingly unreasonable. Especially if you're a normal person who at max can spend just 4 hours a day and even that is hardcore to the majority of the player base.
This game's gear and rng system alienates new players. I would be willing to get that you can probably count on one hand the amount of new players who got max gear this year, and I would also bet those people paid a fair amount of money.
I have more chars, these are well geared, I don't buy mats with gold, I trade other mats with what I need if I am short, I mostly farm all I need, and I can sell even more mats by just farming, I haven't played much since Vm9 patch also, it is not to brag, it is just how easy things has become currently, I am not posting my Dragons, my +50 costumes, my +25 weapon skins, I am talking about those I bought with gold, or gained by doing events. I have 17 chars on CH, 8 on AV, on these 2 servers my chars got costumes and stuff. I have 12 on FF, 1 on MT, 6 on TR. and now Imagine if I had only one Character and focus on that character. Or I start from zero with just one character, is it really gonna be so different?
See the pics and judge by yourself, and remember I am a filthy casual, perfect rolls on full misery, almost perfect rolls on all accessories, on 4 of them Etching II on Weap. I have 10K feedstock, 2k mwa, 1k extensive left, no stomach to play much these days, I could gear up more chars.
You're talking about completely min/maxing so.... of course that's going to take a disgusting amount of time? And probably some swiping as well if you're starting from complete zero. Having the best of the best isn't for everyone or otherwise it wouldn't be.... the Best. Mid tier gear exists for a reason.
I'm just astonished you can come into a thread about how insanely over the top ktera's grind is and STILL complain about our more generous set up. Ktera players have to struggle to even +12 their misery, swiping is encouraged from the start, whilst fully enchanted mid tier gear, good accessories, level 2 etchings, decent brooch, etc, all these are completely viable for a casual player who never swipes. We should be pretty grateful for that.

I do.... it's easy? You can pug literally everything in mid tier gear except for the current hardest dungeon (vshm this patch) and the event dungeons; harrowhold/dreadspire uppers. It's to be expected if you want to do the hardest stuff in mid tier that a) you hold your own learning runs with other mid tier players or b) you have friends/guild/statics, as would be expected of an MMO.... y'know massive multiplayer blahblah.
In fact the upcoming BRHM and AIHM are more mid tiers dungeons we're getting alongside HH! There's a heck of a lot to do if you're a misery player. Not sure which game you're playing.
IMS is made for you, back in time, when servers weren't these crap. I mean Ambit/Disco days, I learned all dungeons, such as BRHM, SC, RG VIA IMS. and I started with Disco weap/armor, rest ambit, it was way harder to get things to +12 specially with perfect rolls, bonanza wasn't introduced yet, Tier SB and MES weren't there, BES was 500-700G, and I am pretty much sure mats weren't this cheap when making gold was harder. Biggest problem now is that players want things even easier, also servers are crap

simple, new player dont need +15 VM 9.5 if they dont find time for used or they dont know about their class, im see new player use concahc in misery +9 with healers rolls ( dps )
at least, in ktera they farm jeweryes instead used semi engimatic scrolls because ses are very expensive and the only way to obtain is farm a lot tokens or buy from store, think about how is get vm +15 since they cant farm enough mwa instead buying from tradebroker......
