Log in screen will not come up when I launch the game

I see that CH server is up. When I try to launch the game the login screen doesn't show. I ran diagnostics tool and game and computer is fine. Only say network issues. Any other online game I play works fine. Any suggestions to help me or is the game doing some kind of maintenance??

    probably your firewall's blocking connection. go to crontrol panel>windows firewall & add tera as exception. if this doesn't solve &/or fresh install(and you have played before using your current ISP) then problem might lie within hosts file in system folder (lets hope its not).

    At first glance this looks like a software conflict, so it might be a little tricky to troubleshoot. Make sure to attach your diag.txt file (created in the "Tools" menu at the bottom of the TERA launcher) when you make your ticket.

    Take a look at this article as well. It's not exactly what you're experiencing since you're able to reach the server select screen, but it's worth a shot:
