Race/Gender change vouchers.
Just wondering before I purchase the two items, what will happen to my soul bound costumes for each character.
I'm changing both chars (Elin and Castanic female) to Castanic male and the only costumes they have are Castanica Demons, dyeable Hydrath and a Moonlight Party dress.
I read on an older forum post that I can send a support ticket to have my costume changed to the new race/gender after using a voucher and I just wanted to confirm if this is still allowed and if I would run into any issues with support since I'm hoping to change more than one characters costume at once.
And lastly I wanted to find out from other peoples experience how long it would take to receive a response from support and have the costumes changed.
Thanks.

Yes, you can still send a ticket to have your items changed ! The response time will vary tho, mine took about a week5

It takes way less than that these days.
on topic: make a ticket about race change, they fix it for you,
My ticket for the 1 chestpiece took 3.5 weeks to get resolved.
