We need more responses from GMs here
Well, this is just a simple suggestion for community manageer and game managers.
Game Suggestions & Bug Reports from players are very valuable thing that improves TERA itself even if only minority of the players post/read those forums. However, GMs barely answer players' Suggestions and Bug reports except the ones that EME can handle with. From my experiences, GMs mostly reply only on the threads(in the entire forum sections) which EME can handle without BHS's help such as TERA store, Event, Jackpot/Highlight or LAG issue.
It is quite understandable that EME cannot answer/confirm any suggestion and/or thread without BHS since the majority of game contents have been(are, and will be) developed by BHS. However, what people want to know is whether EME cares about their suggestions and bug reports. People do not need something like "OK, we will make/fix them next week". People want to know whether their post is being ignored or collected by EME to improve TERA. Indeed, it would be better to give an explanation when people's suggestions cannot be made in the near future. I have seen lots of good suggestions here, but most of them have seemed to be ignored. Same for the Bug report. There is a lot of obvious bugs that need to be fixed, but it has barely happened. We just want to hear from you that "Thanks for the report, we are aware of the issue, and will ask BHS to fix it as soon as possible, but it might take a while because BHS is currently focusing on something else important"
Without any GM's reponse, people might think that their valuable reports/suggestions are ignored and, eventually, will stop caring about those sections. This is not good for TERA in my opinion.
