Max Characters per sever
I recently bought a additional character slot to make a new character and it says I can't make any more characters I only have 11 on Fey Forrest sever I was told the max is 16 you can have per server. I've used it logged out and back in several times nothing works I even sadly deleted my reaper to see if help but nothing

Most likely, the Additional Character Slot Voucher is still actually sitting in your character's Inventory, which indicates it was not successfully applied. ( It will vanish the moment it does get applied )
If it's not in your character's Inventory, it might be on the Reaper you mentioned deleting.
If you need that Reaper restored, or still can't figure it out, please feel free to make a Support Ticket and we can track down what happened with the Voucher.6
