I do agree that the crab event was harmful, though. All the people who acted like talismans in timescape were so devastating sure were quiet about this event, even though it devastated the feedstock economy and killed dungeon profitability across the board. Probably because they could participate in it.
Hell, to add to your method, there's a wall that you can fly over using the mounts. It's in an unwalkable zone, but you can fly in some unwalkable zones. Simply tap-tap your jump key and you're able to get through this invisible wall which then puts you under the map. So that's at least 2 methods of getting under without a third party tool.
On your second point, couldn't agree more. It's become a common trend of some forum posters where they'll be completely welcoming of events that harm the short, or even long-term economy, and then will look down upon and very verbally disagree with making non-event, hard-to-work-for activities being as rewarding as they should be.
Such is forum life, I suppose.
But this shouldn't stop events like this tho, but EME should do a math so those kind of players don't ruin economy for everyone. 10 FS was too many, 2/3 FS was enough,
Can't really complain about mystics. They're just using their kit to maximize their gains. Since you have a ton of alts why don't you hop onto your mystic to farm it like they are?
What about brawlers and valks and reapers with their massive aoe tagging everything first?

and a huge discouragement to do VG requests.... as they give much less FS than you can get by BOTting crabs...

I honestly wish instead of dropping random brainless events they'd make adjustments to vshm and hh loot tables. MIGHT give players a reason to run content. As far as events go I feel that maybe a BAM event would make for some good fun, would get the server rallied up together in raids to try and conquer some bosses that we haven't gotten to fight in a while.

So mystics using their skills makes them automatically a bot?That's pretty ignorant.
But as I said, that doesn't mean events like this shouldn't happen, it makes things interesting and fin, like big crabs were too fun.

Being afk doesn't make you a botter. If I was to make a mystic and do that without any programs that I'm not supposed to be using, I'm not botting.
Can you put 2 Thrall of Vengeance at the same time normally?
