Questions about Ace dungeon credits

Hail all,

I was away from Tera for a year and wasn't around for the addition of circlets to Ace dungeon shop. My question is, did they wipe away whatever points you had prior to that patch? I stopped playing around the time Ace dungeons appeared and didn't have more than a few wins and do not recall if I had that progress when I started saving for my Circlets. I really hope they would never do that but they tend to make currency of other types completely useless when gear updates are released.

Do the points cap? I've never had more than 7500 at a time.

I'm looking ahead to plan what I will do with my points - save them for anything they may add or use them for T2 etchings my buddy can turn into T3 or T4 later on in the year. Thank you.

    They don't wipe points
    There is no cap- i've had more than 20k before
    T2 etchings would be a good choice

    Well, later this year we're getting the ktera update that adds perm T3 etchings to super- IoD tokens, so T2 might not be that good then. It also depends what you mean by "later in the year".

    From the info Idi0tgenius provided about the current KTera patch etchings use the current mats and new gem mats. I'm treating the T2 etchings as a mat to save a combine. 10 days of Ace Dungeons, half that with instance reset scrolls is a nice way to get etchings. It will be nice also to get T3 etchings from IoD bams to further help mats and gold cost per combine.

    As far as later in the year I would think we'd see the current KTera patch in December, earlier would be nice but we can't expect that.
