Could the Bg calendar be a bit more specific?

Like, in alternate battleground days, since there's no specific indication of what bg occurs in the set hour, how do you tell it?
They do switch every hr or it's just indicative and the bonus goes for both battlegrounds? What bg should I queue now? Since I don't even use PDT time, I'm a bit lost.
Maybe it's just me being bad at math, but heh.

    u mean the cs/fwc days where that alternate per week? uh im pretty sure the battleground stated is static for the 24 hours that it runs for. not an hour, not alternating. this sunday is cs.
