For people complain about IM be dead and maybe solution for us
I got an idea to make IM great again and not spend 40min que....
Maybe some remember when Akeron's Inferno dungeon came , Tera gave us a super nice box with cool items but only for IM people.
All people that did dungeon to IM they receive a box with stuff and people who go not to IM they get none.
Maybe now people who IM at dungeons can get a box 100% with feedstock, spellbinds, MES, Semi-enigmatic scroll, (even non tradeable.) so people who dont IM won't be upset that we can sell the box items.
Many people have no reason to IM cuz they have friends to go dungeons with but not all of us have static party's.
It's just an idea because i play only me and my husband and dont have any friend to do dungeons with. It takes a lot of time to do IM and we stay sometimes even 35-40 min IM. And i seen on forums many topics about it and i thought that was a great idea to give something to the ppl who IM. That should help new people who dont have +15 gear try some dungeons that normal LFG don t take them.
Thank you,

While the reward idea itself is nice and could be implemented to solve more than one issue at the same time I'd highly advice against implementing it without any kind of restrictions because elitist people will queue together and give hell to other people that aren't that good at the game, if rewards were to be introduced I'd say make it available for people that queue either SOLO or in a pair.
except all the 7 man dungeons we have are clearable WITHOUT a second healer. sure, if everyone is learning it i suppose. and i personally prefer double healer in df just because the amount of stupidity in there is astounding, but it's more than able to be cleared with just one. ESPECIALLY abnm. that is a pre 65/+15 dungeon and was easy as sin back then and is easy as sin now.
if you need two healers in abnm of all things you need to git gud tbh. healing immersion/boomerang pulse can heal more than 4 people, so the two being left behind from lockon isn't an issue.
two healer runs are good for two things: training runs, and runs where the dps/tank are really good and have really good gear. yes, two healers can make things go faster, but only if your dps isn't stupid and has decent gear (mid tier at least)
BTW it popped almost instantly for me... Maybe i got lucky, well probably unlucky since that party was so trap. I'm guessing nobody wants to que for IMS because 90% of the people that do que are TRAP. People who won't even listen to advice.
DFNM pops fast even as a DPS, same with ABNM, since there's more DPS slots to take up.
That said, it's still trap and I'm not IMing it again after the one time I did a few days ago. It's been a long time since I saw a healer that trap.
For example:
Who you want to match with?
Player ilvl: You decide
Player dungeon status: Skilled only/Skilled and Rockie
Or even go to the extreme, allowing you to even individually select if healer and tank must be Skilled and what ilvl
I can get behind the ilvl, but i can't get behind the skilled only one.
Take DFHM for example, i've only ever ran it twice, DFNM once for curiosity, i already know how to avoid every attack the bosses make. I've seen people that have done the dungeon 10 times over and died, while i'm over here with barely having played it not dying and doing more than my share.
Skilled status in a dungeon doesn't always mean that particular person is any good, it just means they played the dungeon a lot. And as the rule with the internet goes, if you fail at something enough, you'll eventually advance. You won't get any better, but you'll advance.
As someone said before you have to change the players. Seriously, if you want to group wit skilled people only it's better if you start to teach people or quit queueing.
In HM dungeons, even with 420 ilvl, you will die a lot first run, unless you've watched videos for many hours and know all there is to know
So, skilled 404 ilvl player, do more dps than a dead 420 ilvl
not to mention the odds of wipe are super great since healer must ress 24/7
