sorry about late reply,
Armor/Footwear's T4 Pumped/Keen use Harmony.
And all Accessory etchings are permanent.

Only Misery +12, Ambush +12 ~ 15, Behemoth +12 ~ 15, Deathwrack +12 ~ 15, and Oblit +12 ~15.
You can go through Dougal's quest to get low tiers. I might actually stream when I get to level 65 in KTERA to see how it is like to progress as fresh player without elite.
I don't remember seeing Belt conversion but I'll have to look into that. Maybe djmoongi knows, but if that's the case, I have to guess
Misery -> T2
Ambush -> T3
Behemoth -> T3
Deathwrack -> T4
Oblit -> T4
I've also heard that it's cheaper to upgrade T1-> T2 -> T3 for the accessories, belt and circlet rather than converting. I can see why for circlet, but I'm not exactly sure why that's the case for accessories and belt... probably due to abundance of tokens.

From what I've heard, enchant rates of old gears did not improve at all unless you count seeing the actual rate of success as an improvement. Depending on your luck with RNG, it might be cheaper to get low tier and enchant that to Mid tier compared to failing multiple times at Misery +7 ~ 12. Besides, the upgrade from Misery +12 to Mid +0 is less than 1% increase in both attack and defense.
So, how is the reaction to the revamped gear system and all the changes regarding that in Ktera from community?
KTERA isn't any different from NA, they're also very mixed about it too.
