Hello, I'm new to this game and I have a problem.

I got out of the game and when I entered I could not get out of the "temple"

    Have you tried to use unstuck command from chat or from menu UI?

    If Unstuck does not allow you to continue on with your Story Quest in this area of Stepstone Isle, I'd add two other recommendations :
    1.) Submit a Support Ticket so the quest can be reset back one stage for your character.
    2.) If you didn't add anything specific to the character yet, and you're not super attached to the look of this character, it might be fastest to delete and remake the character.

    Actually there is another way: you can abandon and redo the quest.

    This kinda thing never happened to me, but it may be, that I killed all of the mobs that are close by. Try kill them, and see if it helps

    this whole island is kind of like a dungeon/instance. you prob need to type /reset and start over killing the mobs to open the gate there and then kill the boss, goodluck
